I had a lovely experience at this hotel. It felt clean and the staff was very friendly. Specifically, Evan Wright stood out as being particularly helpful. Despite an unexpected water leak, the team handled the situation well and overcame the challenges.
The room was nice and had a good view of the mountains and buildings. The AC/heater worked perfectly, although it looked a bit outdated. There was no microwave, but it wasn't a big issue for my 3-day stay. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a bit too big for my liking.
The hotel offered on-site dining and event venues. They charged $5 for a bottle of water, which I found convenient. Room service needed to be requested the night before or the morning of, but it wasn't necessary for my short stay. Parking overnight cost $30, which I felt could have been included in the stay.
The location was perfect, close to the 16th street mall, restaurants, the convention center, and Union Station. There were also many restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel's parking garage provided a safe place for my vehicle.
