Each theater at the Performing Arts Complex is unique, ranging from cabaret to opera, ballet, and the large Buell theater which hosts Broadway and large show experiences. The theaters are connected by a large, roofed outdoor mezzanine, providing a unique and enjoyable experience for visitors.

The acknowledgment of the land on which the Performing Arts Complex resides is a commitment to dismantling ongoing legacies of oppression and inequities, as well as honoring and celebrating the Indigenous communities in the city. This acknowledgment recognizes the historical ties of the land to the Ute, Cheyenne, and Arapaho Peoples, as well as the 48 contemporary tribal nations historically tied to the lands that make up the state of Colorado.

During the construction period at the Performing Arts Complex, visitors are advised to arrive early and consider alternative transportation or nearby parking options due to limited parking in the Arts Complex garage. It is recommended to avoid turning on Arapahoe Street from either direction and not turn right on 13th from Arapahoe Street to minimize delays.
