Spaying/neutering is important for pets as it removes the risk of unplanned litters and decreases the risk of reproductive illnesses. It is also beneficial for the overall health of cats and dogs.

If a pet is currently on a compounded medication, refills must be called in and filled directly through a compounding company of the owner's choice, as per Colorado regulations.

Walk-ins are available on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, as available. Appointments are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Every other Saturday, walk-ins are available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM for established clients only.

Pet owners can ensure they are seen in a timely manner by arriving early for walk-ins, having their pet's medical records and vaccination information readily available, and being patient and understanding towards the staff during busy times.
