While living with his family in Monforte d'Alba, Italy, Jon built strong relationships with some of the best grape farmers in Italy. It wasn't long before those amazing grapes were being harvested for Jon and his fledgling company, ATTIMO.


The ATTIMO concept is simple: Remove the middlemen from the importing process, pass those savings on to our guests, create incredible Italian wines, and sell them at unheard of prices.


It all happens in our 8,000 square foot winery, Tasting Room and event space in Denver's historic LoDo district. Here, we bring in raw juice from Italy, age it, nurture it and then bottle into a dozen different varietals.
