Babcock is an award-winning actor with over 25 years of extensive experience in Los Angeles. His work has ranged from pilots, primetime series, daytime dramas to foreign film, horror and absurd comedies.


He has been teaching actors for over 18 years, guiding them in their professional journeys.

After a lifetime of work as an actor and teaching at university and privately, Babcock decided to create a workshop based on the desire to address the growing gap between stage technique and the practicalities of a working set. To help actors develop a creative and honest method of working that serves both the script and the needs of production.

Anthony is a graduate of The University of Houston, School of Theatre, with a Masters in Fine Arts. Anthony has worked in the mediums of film, television, and the stage, finding particular satisfaction and success in classical theatre. Recognized as a dedicated and gifted teacher, he has taught as a guest artist at The University of Missouri and Pennsylvania State University, and as well, taught as an Assistant Professor at the University of Denver. Anthony has lead numerous professional workshops throughout the nation. Noted for his unflinching dedication in helping young people achieve their highest potential, Anthony launched the Summer Camp Program in 2007 with the progressive perspective that RMCT is committed to being a productive partner in multicultural and artistic communities.

My son Victor joined in January of 2009, and I am proud to say that he is still going strong at Colorado School of Acting. His teachers are talented, caring and skilled. Our family has watched Victor blossom and grow more confident. Much of this confidence I attribute to his time spent with Elizabeth and Troy. They also have a great group of talented kids that I am pleased to have my child associate with. Funded by the DSA Friends Foundation and the Fill the Gap Campaign, the Student Success Fund (SSF) was established in the fall of 2014 to ensure that all DSA students experience success and are not limited by financial resources. This fund provides assistance with DSA-related expenses such as lessons, art supplies, performance attire, tutoring, and more. The long-term goal of this fund is to increase the diverse population of Denver School of the Arts and ensure that all students have the financial resources to be successful. We will be able to measure the success of our fund by the ability to maintain a diverse student population at DSA with the help of support offered through this fund.

A DSA education requires significant out-of-pocket expenses, which many families struggle to pay. The Success Fund is established to provide grants to ensure that every student at DSA, regardless of income, can succeed. Applications are open through the school year and awarded on a quarterly basis. The third quarter and final deadline is February 10, 2023. Families can expect communications regarding awards within two weeks of each deadline. For more information on the Student Success Fund,
