K Holcomb: I’ve been training with Emilee for more years than I can count. I continue to train with Emilee because she is more than a personal trainer, she focuses on her client’s complete well-being and adjusts as her client’s needs change. This is why I have been with Emilee for so long. I started with Emilee primarily focused on exercise, but as my life changed Emilee adjusted to meet my needs. Together, we have worked thru a few knee injuries due to skiing, best nutritional practices due to a chronic disease diagnosis of LADA, and meditation and calming techniques in order to deal with work and life stress. By training with Emilee and attending some of the educational events she has held, I have been able to develop an exercise schedule and a mindset that helps me to be at my best every day.

I’m twenty-three years young and have suffered from cystic acne since my adolescent years. I have acne on my face, chest, and back. Caroline Kohorst: Dana has helped guide me to a healthy way of living and I’d recommend her to anyone looking to be their best self. I’ve dropped over 25 lbs in the past few months by following her comprehensive nutrition plan. I thoroughly enjoy eating better now and I feel so much better. Working out with her, in combination with a great new way of healthy and conscious eating, has totally changed my life. Dana motivates me during workouts and is super personable. I can’t overstate her ability to add fun and humor to a tough workout. She’s also great at communication and planning. I look in the mirror now and love who I’m becoming. Worth every penny!
