Maggie Lightner E-RYT200/RYT500 is an advanced Yoga Educator, Teacher, Pranassage Practitioner and Health Coach. She is currently based part time in Denver, Colorado and Nosara, Costa Rica. She teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Functional Mobility, Restorative and Trapeze style yoga classes. Her classes are fun and emphasize functional movement, increasing mobility and helping her students to more deeply understand themselves and their body through "knowing what they know and feeling what they feel."

She has taught in a variety of settings over the last 6 years including private clients, group classes, corporate sessions, "yoga in the park" summer series, yoga for brides, yoga retreats, yoga teacher trainings and presenting at continuing education conferences and workshops.
