Best gym I’ve ever joined. The coaches and community make the difference. From a coaching perspective, technique and safety come before performance. The coaches care more that you don’t get hurt than any other nonsense. The community, while friendly, pushes you to do your best. I’ve seen more gains in the last year than from any other competitive workout program.

I have been going to Mountain Strong since December and have enjoyed the challenge of the classes and the feeling of community that the gym offers. I really appreciate the knowledge and professionalism of the staff, and although I am newer to lifting, they have been patient and provided excellent feedback.
