K Holcomb: I’ve been training with Emilee for more years than I can count. I continue to train with Emilee because she is more than a personal trainer, she focuses on her client’s complete well-being and adjusts as her client’s needs change. This is why I have been with Emilee for so long. I started with Emilee primarily focused on exercise, but as my life changed Emilee adjusted to meet my needs. Together, we have worked thru a few knee injuries due to skiing, best nutritional practices due to a chronic disease diagnosis of LADA, and meditation and calming techniques in order to deal with work and life stress. By training with Emilee and attending some of the educational events she has held, I have been able to develop an exercise schedule and a mindset that helps me to be at my best every day.

Scott P: I started working out at Bill Ross Fit two years ago and I'm incredibly grateful to be back on the path of health and fitness. Bill Ross is more than a trainer - he's an expert in many fields of wellness and his knowledge of the human body allows for very personalized expert guidance. I have a torn ACL that has limited my workouts in the past, but Bill knows exactly how to both protect and strengthen areas of weakness and injury. His positive approach means I've pushed myself in a safe and sustainable way, and the results are very apparent. I cannot recommend Bill Ross more highly - he's an incredible professional with decades of knowledge who can help any one achieve their goals if you're committed. I should also mention he's a fantastic person who cares deeply about his clients - and that's why I continue training with Bill today. Five stars!

Ryan Mueller: "Real Simple, Real Easy" That's what comes to mind when I see Bill 3 times a week. I’ve been working out with Bill for almost 5 months now. I’ve never been one to spend money on a personal trainer. Bill is worth EVERY PENNY! He as a rhythm and a cadence to his workout that is perfect. He gives you a total body workout every time. He brings the heart rate up then moves onto another muscle group, then to another. I really appreciate that he moves from one exercise to the next with a smooth transition and is aware if you need to catch your breath, or if your arms need a break. Bill never runs out of exercises either. He seems to always have a new and fun workout every time. Bill is a huge advocate of form. He totally understands that good form prevents injury and he works with everyone to make sure they’re doing things correctly.Bill also knows the human body really well. If you have an injury or are sore going into the class, he will examine your movements and give you exercises/stretches to take care of the problem. He has a plethora of certifications under his belt and uses all of them from diet, yoga, bootcamp style of class that I am part of. I am the healthiest that I’ve been in YEARS, thanks to Bill. Seriously, you have to give Bill a shot. You will NOT be disappointed.

Katrina Zerilli: I've been working with Bill for 9 weeks now and he's gotten me from never exercising in my life & having a sitting-all-day desk job to having real visible muscles and endurance for the entire workout! People around me are noticing the difference, too. I have way more energy throughout the day, and with his guidance I'm also eating the proper things to fuel my muscle growth. Bill knows so much about the human body, how muscles connect and work together, and if anything hurts on your body he can recommend a stretch to relieve the pain on the fly. He suggests modifications as needed if workouts are too difficult, and will also change up a routine to give your body time to rest. Can't recommend him enough!

Chad Harwick: After knee surgeries, herniated discs, and the sub-sequential muscle imbalances I turned to Bill for guidance. Being a trainer myself I wanted an expert that I could trust. After nine months we have turned the clock back almost ten years on my body! I send all my customers to Bill!

Michael McKee: The third thing that Bill does as he stays in touch with his clients encouraging and coaching them even when they are not directly in front of him in the workout area. I find this to be very encouraging and reassuring that you have someone in Bill that is beyond the usual compartmentalized treatment that you get too much from the singularly/myopically directed trainer/therapist. Lastly, but very importantly I think the Bill stays in touch with the technologies of healing/training; and one of the things that he employs uniquely well is the PowerPlate, which I recommend to your research. Google PowerPlate, and look at some of the research about the PowerPlate because it is a powerful instrumentation in behalf of the work that he does. If a holistic approach is what you want I strongly recommend getting in touch with Bill.

Danielle Harwick: This is the place to go for balanced fitness! I am not a motivated person when it comes to working out but keeping a schedule with Bill has put me in the best shape ever.

Chip Hunnings: This month will be 2 years since I started training with Bill. I have achieved great results from working with Bill. He built my initial workouts around correcting imbalances that were creating limitations and injuries when I would participate in my favorite activities. Once we worked through the imbalances Bill has consistently cycled my workouts to meet my specific needs based on what activities I am currently involved in. I haven't felt this good or this strong in years and it is a direct result of Bill's knowledge and motivation.

David Blatt: Michael is outstanding. He's great for traditional weightlifting/ exercise guidance, but is also an anatomy whiz, and if you tell him about any pain you're experiencing in or out of the gym, he can pinpoint why it's happening, and give you exactly the exercises you need to resolve it. Also the most genuine, positive guy; you'll truly look forward to every session you have with him.

Peyton: I’ve been going to Michael for the past 4 months. I did a ton of research before deciding to go with him. Unlike most male trainers I’ve encountered, Michael deeply understands and genuinely cares about the fact that male/female bodies are physiologically different, and tailors my routines to MY body.He is also so respectful of women. As an attractive woman, that was my main concern. But after doing a consult and a few sessions my worries were fully laid to rest! I trust this gentleman to never be weird and would even recommend him to my sister if she still lived here. Definitely a safe space for women, which is so important!I mostly love that he takes the approach of a physical therapist to heal injuries above all, teaches you safe exercises to do while healing, then starts focusing on goals and how to get your dream body! I had severely sprained and broken my ankle in two spots less than a year ago, which has been horrible to deal with. I also hyperextended my left knee running track 15 years ago which was still causing some minor pain. I am shocked to say I now have zero knee pain, and very minimal ankle pain!Also, I am turning 30 at the end of the year, so I was noticing some “unfavorable” changes in my body. I am seeing so much progress already just in these 4 months.Michael is seriously the best, zero complaints. Highly recommend!
