"I am a member of LoHi and I really like working out at this gym. Although I don't live in Highlands and takes me a 10-15 minutes to drive depending on the traffic. I'd say the best time to go workout there is in the mornings, afternoons, or after 7pm. Evenings from 4-6pm get really packed because everyone's trying to come in to workout right after work. Other than that, Dave is a really great owner and I like the staff. I do my training sessions there and I enjoy doing my sessions!"

Inspiration? The power of movement and community. A couple of years ago my parents were in a near fatal car accident. Being part of their road to recovery was a huge inspiration to become a trainer and to help others move their bodies no matter the circumstances.
